Tk19971 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is a licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between tk19971 and its users.

Each user may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and associated balances will be forfeited.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be real and belong to you personally
• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and sufficiently strong
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account
• Never share your login credentials with anyone
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately

Identity verification (KYC) may be required after registration. Withdrawal options may be limited until verification is complete.

Tk19971 is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. This age restriction is firmly enforced, and proof of age may be requested at any time.

A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested for age verification. Failure to provide documentation, or submission of fraudulent documents, will result in account termination.

• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions
• Employees of the betting establishment and their immediate family members are subject to specific restrictions

Before placing a bet on tk19971, make sure you've read the rules for each event carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so verify all details before making your decision.

• The minimum stake per bet is 10 BDT, and the maximum limit varies by event
• Odds in Live Betting can change at any moment
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded
• If a bet is unsettled due to a technical error, tk19971 will make the final decision
• Multiple bets can be combined into an accumulator, but all selections must win
• The maximum single win amount is set individually for each event

Tk19971 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns and void bets where necessary. Match fixing and the use of insider information to place bets are strictly prohibited.

Tk19971 supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally processed instantly, and withdrawals are completed within 3 to 30 minutes.

• Minimum deposit amount is 200 BDT
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits
• Daily withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonuses

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification (KYC). To complete the process, you will need to submit your National ID and a mobile banking screenshot.

Tk19971 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit
• A deposit must be made within the specified timeframe to qualify for the bonus
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement)
• Wagering requirements are typically 10–30x the bonus amount
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry of the bonus terms

Tk19971 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Accounts found abusing or manipulating the bonus system will be closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk19971 and will result in permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system
• Harassing or engaging in offensive behaviour toward other members
• Attempting to deliberately exploit technical glitches on the platform

Tk19971 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• If suspicious betting activity or signs of manipulation are detected
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing incorrect information
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• If the user requests account closure themselves

If your account is suspended, please contact our support team. Balances in accounts closed for legitimate reasons will be returned after verification. However, balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions
• Delays Due to Third-Party Payment Providers
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime
• Account credential exposure due to the user's own negligence
